Since Valve opened the reservation queue on May 8th, the Steam Controller is no longer a simple "in stock / out of stock" situation. It's now a reservation-based system where you join a queue and wait for your turn to purchase.
Today we're rolling out full reservation tracking support on Steam Stock. Our dashboard and alerts now understand this new status and give you the information you need to make a decision.
What's New
When you visit the Steam Controller tracking page or the main dashboard, you'll now see:
- Reservation status badge: A new blue "Reservation" badge shows when a product is available for reservation (distinct from "In Stock" and "Sold Out")
- Estimated delivery window: Each region shows how many business days until delivery after your order is confirmed (e.g., "3–5 days" for US/Canada, "6–10 days" for Europe)
- Telegram alerts: Our paid subscribers now receive instant notifications when a product transitions to reservation status, including delivery estimates per region
Current Status: All 21 Regions Accept Reservations
As of today, Steam Controller reservations are open in all 21 tracked regions. Here's the breakdown:
- US, Canada, Australia — 3–5 business days delivery, normal demand
- UK & all EU regions — 6–10 business days delivery
This aligns with Valve's announcement that US/Canada fulfillment would begin first, with UK/EU/AU following in subsequent weeks.
How We Track Reservations
Our system checks Steam's API every minute across all 21 regions. We now detect whether a product uses a reservation queue, track demand levels, and monitor estimated shipping windows. When Valve transitions back to direct sales (no reservation required), we'll detect it immediately and alert you.
What This Means for You
If you haven't reserved yet, now is the time. The queue is first-come-first-served, so every day you wait pushes you further back in line. Here's how Steam Stock helps:
- Check before you reserve: See which regions have the shortest delivery estimates
- Monitor transitions: We'll alert you the moment a region moves from "reservation" back to "in stock" (direct purchase available)
- Track demand changes: If high demand drops in your region, delivery times may improve

Our Telegram channel notifies you the moment reservation status changes — including when direct purchases resume. Don't miss the transition back to "In Stock".

We expect Valve to begin fulfilling reservations in the US and Canada this week, with European regions following. When that happens, some regions may briefly show "In Stock" as batches are processed. Our tracker will capture every transition in real-time.
